Purchases usually go through instantly but, sometimes, there may be a small delay.

If you haven't received your purchased currency or bundle, first try closing and reopening the game while connected to the internet.

If this doesn't work, please check that the payment went through successfully:

iOS: App Store > Account (top right icon) > Purchase History

Android: Google Play > Account (top right icon) > Payments and subscriptions > Budget and history

If the payment went through successfully, and you still haven't received your purchase, please contact Support. 

If the transaction failed, please make sure you have entered the correct details in the payment fields and contact Support if you continue to experience issues.
