If the problem is a bug or technical issue, there are a few troubleshooting steps that you can try which might help to resolve things:

  • You can clear the cache (memory) in the game by going to the in-game settings menu and tapping 'Clear'.
  • In many cases, restarting the game can help to resolve any issues you're experiencing.
  • A poor or unstable internet connection can affect the game's performance, so please check that
    your WiFi or mobile data connection is good. 
  • Remember that CLUB is designed to be played on mobiles - the game may not function correctly on other devices (like tablets).

  • Your User ID 
  • Your device and operating system 
  • A description of the issue you're experiencing
  • What you were doing when this happened
